Enroll in the Crown & Anchor Society programme by filling out an electronic form by going to the onboard iCafe, calling your local Loyalty or International Representative, going to the Crown & Anchor section of RoyalCaribbean.com, or picking up a form and dropping it off at the Guest Relations desk or your Loyalty & Cruise Sales consultant onboard.

Welcome Gift/Amenity including choice of beverage »Emerald, Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle Club members will receive a pre-selected welcome gift basket on day one of their sailing. The pre-selected gift basket will consist of one sweet, one salty and one fruit snack which will be placed in the guest’s stateroom. The guest will need to contact our Loyalty Representatives via email: Loyaltymembership@rcclapac.com to pre-select from a list of beverages to be included with their Welcome Basket. One beverage can be selected per guest 18 years of age or older. Preferences must be entered or updated for your upcoming cruise vacation up to 5 days before a US based sailing and 7 days for an internationally based sailing. Exclusive Nightly Diamond Event »The Exclusive Nightly Diamond Event for Diamond, Diamond Plus and Pinnacle Club members will take place approximately 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm in a dedicated lounge and will feature complimentary wine, champagne (sparkling wine) and fountain drinks, and a 'happy hour' discount of 25% off beer and drinks with liquor. Drinks will need to be consumed within the venue during the hours of the event and cannot be removed from the venue.

Priority Access on stateroom upgrades (if available) »Upon the special occasion a stateroom is available, it’s important to have the following information filled out properly to be considered:
1. Your Crown & Anchor Society loyalty number in your reservation along with the proper spelling or your name and an email address or telephone number.
2. Contact a Loyalty Representative via email: Loyaltymembership@rcclapac.com to indicate your upgrade preferences and have it on file. This will help us to quickly process what type of upgrade for you if one becomes available.

If the information is not available above, a Royal Caribbean associate will need to contact you upon availability. Stateroom upgrades are based on availability on cruise vacations and at the discretion of Royal Caribbean International. Requests for upgrades will not be honoured outside of the following Terms & Conditions. Offer and timing varies by ship and sail dates with restrictions. Offer is not valid during Christmas and New Years sailings. To be available for this benefit, we must have your loyalty membership number in your reservation and your valid email address and/or valid phone number. A response is needed within 24 hours or the upgrade or will be given to the next guest on the priority list. Upgrades are final up to 4 days before your sail date, and cannot be done by a pier agent or onboard a ship.

Guests who reserve and pay under our Guarantee stateroom policy are also assigned staterooms around the timing of upgrades and are not part of this upgrade policy. Guarantees will receive the category paid or higher based on availability. Other extenuating circumstances may arise outside of these rules in which Royal Caribbean will give precedent to other guests to accommodate their cruise vacations.

Upgrades will be given in priority to Crown & Anchor members based on availability of staterooms for upgrade then member cruise points, rate category paid, time of booking and the original fare paid by the guest. Upgrades will only be made for one category (for example: inside to outside, outside to balcony, balcony to Suite upon availability). Loyalty guests are only eligible for 1 category upgrade on the sailing (ex: guests cannot go from an inside to an outside, then later be upgraded again from an outside to a balcony). Guests who purchased the following price programmes and other restricted price programmes are not eligible for an upgrade: employee rates, complimentary cruises, military (MILA), police and fire (PFDA), and interline (ITE or ITD). Any guests who receive an upgrade will be expected to pay additional gratuities and any fees associated with the stateroom berthed. Offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined with any other upgrade offers or certain restricted fares.
DOUBLE Cruise Points for purchasing suite accommodations »One cruise point for each completed night of sailing and an extra cruise point per night when you purchase and sail in suite accommodations (categories RL, RS, PS, SL, TS, A1, A2, A3, CL, OS, FS, GS, JS). Cruise tours are included as an additional night per each day on the cruise tour. Points will be awarded by rate paid not rate berthed, for example, in the instance of an upgrade from an outside to a suite category.

General Terms & Conditions

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has the right to terminate the Crown & Anchor Society Programme (“the Programme”) or to change the Terms and Conditions of participation and benefits, in whole or in part; at any time without notice. Membership may be terminated at our sole discretion for anyone appearing to be utiliszing the Programme in a manner inconsistent with its terms, conditions, or intent. To qualify as a Crown & Anchor Society member, you must have taken at least one eligible Royal Caribbean cruise. Programme level accrual is based on the number of eligible cruise points earned per individual. Cruise Points will be accrued at the end of each completed sailing. Guests are eligible for Gold membership in the Crown & Anchor Society after one completed cruise. After 30 completed cruise points, they are eligible to become Platinum members. After 55 completed cruise points they are eligible to become Emerald members. After 80 completed cruise points they are eligible to become Diamond Members. After 175 completed cruise points they are eligible to become Diamond Plus members. And those who have 700 or more completed cruise points are eligible to become Pinnacle Club members.

Cruise points are given for eligible cruises per stateroom category paid. Eligible cruises exclude all reduced cruise fares (e.g., employee/employee family rates, vendor rates, etc.), affinity groups and other cruises as designated by Royal Caribbean at its sole discretion. All questions or disputes regarding the eligibility for the Programme or provision of benefits will be resolved by Royal Caribbean at its sole discretion. Not all services can be provided on all Royal Caribbean ships. We shall not be liable for refunds or for damages resulting from failure to deliver such services. All Programme discount coupons are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein and on the discount or promotional coupons. Each Programme member shall be responsible for advising the Crown & Anchor Society of address changes, and we shall have no liability for misdirected mail, or any consequences thereof. Other terms and conditions apply. Program void where prohibited by law.

Conditions of Conversion from Cruise Credits to Cruise Points, January 10 through January 21, 2010. All active Crown & Anchor Society members on January 21, 2010 will be converted from cruise credits based on the number of cruises taken to cruise points. This one time conversion will take into account your level and your standing in relation to the next tier within the Crown & Anchor Society programme before January 10, 2010. A multiplier of 3 by the number of credits to your next tier level (or milestone for Pinnacle Club members) is used to determine your new placement. This one time conversion will ‘grandfather’ all current and active members based on your cruise credit count in our database on midnight at January 10, 2010. All sailings completed on or before January 11, 2010 will be calculated using the Cruise Credit calculation to “grandfather” the guest into the new Cruise Points calculation. For sailings ending on or after January 21, 2010, all active members will begin accumulating cruise points per new Programme Rules for Cruise Points accumulation.
