We invite you to enjoy your first meal of the day in an Exclusive Breakfast Area, a special location in the Main Dining room, designated for Diamond and Diamond Plus members on ships without a Diamond Lounge. Every day from approximately 08:00 to 10:00 hrs, enjoy a full breakfast and complimentary speciality coffees as you share travel stories and make plans with other members. A member of our staff will also be available to provide assistance with onboard activities and other services. The exact time and location will be communicated by the Loyalty Ambassador in the Welcome letter to be placed in your stateroom on the first day of your cruise. We now offer either the Diamond Lounge or a Diamond Event on every ship in our fleet. On ships with a Concierge Lounge, it will be limited to Diamond Plus and Suite guests (excluding Junior Suites).

This exclusive event will take place from approximately 17:00 to 20:00 hrs (may vary from ship to ship and itinerary) in a bar or lounge on every ship. This event will be announced by your Loyalty Ambassador onboard in the Welcome letter to be placed in your stateroom on the first day of your cruise holiday. We will offer complimentary wine and champagne and a 'happy hour' discount of 25 per cent off beer, spirits and fountain soda drinks. There is a limit of one drink per member to be served at one time. We now offer either the Diamond Lounge or a Diamond Event on every ship in our fleet. On ships with a Concierge Lounge, it will be limited to Diamond Plus and Suite guests (excluding Junior Suites).

The Balcony and Deluxe Stateroom Discount allows you to save on the sailing of your choice when booking a balcony or higher-level stateroom. There are 2 discounts for each tier level depending on when you book your cruise holiday; one discount at 6 months priors to your sailing date and another 6 months within your sailing date. Your discount can be redeemed from home when you choose a sailing and reserve a booking. Or, if you are sailing on board one of our ships from 1st June 2010, Crown & Anchor Society members only will enjoy the benefit of booking their next cruise on board! Member Savings Certificates are available on a quarterly basis. You can redeem the discounts from home when you choose a sailing and reserve a booking. Or, if you are sailing on board one of our ships from1st June 2010, Crown & Anchor Society members only will enjoy the benefit of booking their next cruise on board! As a member, you will receive the new and exclusive Onboard Booking Bonus that gives you an onboard credit of up to USD 200. When you use it with your Crown & Anchor Society Savings Certificate, you can save more than ever before!
1 To take advantage of the Onboard Booking Bonus offer, you must be enrolled in the Crown & Anchor Society programme and have a valid Crown & Anchor Society number. If you are on your first cruise and would like to take advantage of the onboard offer, you will need to enrol at the Internet Cafe or consult with your onboard Loyalty & Cruise Sales consultant. The Onboard Booking Bonus offer is based on the length of your cruise and can be used in conjunction with the Crown & Anchor Society Savings Certificates for Gold members and with the Crown & Anchor Society Savings Certificates OR Special Balcony and Suite Staterooms discounts for Platinum, Diamond and Diamond Plus members.

8 Diamond Plus members and their travel agents can contact a Loyalty Specialist within 14 days of their departure to select an amenity and arrange the timing for delivery to either their stateroom or dining room by emailing diamondplus@rccl.com.
9 After 17:00 hrs, access to the Concierge Lounge is limited to guests of 18 and older. During other times, guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

The offer cannot be used with certain restricted fares and is not combinable with any other promotion or offer, but it can be used in conjunction with the Crown & Anchor Society Onboard Booking Bonus offer. The offer value will be deducted from final payment upon review by Royal Caribbean International, to verify applicability. Discount applies on a per stateroom basis, double occupancy. Prices vary by ship and sailing dates and space is subject to availability at time of booking. Diamond and Diamond Plus Crown & Anchor members will receive an increased discount for booking over 6 months in advance. 14 Stateroom upgrades are available on cruise holidays of 5 nights or longer based on the availability within 14 days of departure date. The offer varies from ship to ship and is for sailing dates with certain restrictions. The offer is not valid during Christmas and New Year sailings. Upgrades will be given in priority to Crown & Anchor members based on tier level, cruise credits, time of booking and the original fare paid by the guest. To be available for this benefit, we must have your loyalty membership number in your reservation and your valid email address and/or valid phone number. A Royal Caribbean associate will contact you upon availability. A response is needed within 24 hours or the upgrade will be given to the next guest on the priority list. Upgrades are finalised up to 4 days before your sailing date and cannot be done by a pier agent or on board any of our ships. The offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined with any other upgrade offers or certain restricted fares.
15 Complimentary stateroom upgrades are available on cruise holidays of 5 nights or longer based on the availability within 21 days of your departure date. The offer varies from ship to ship and is for sailing dates with certain restrictions. The offer is not valid during Christmas and New Year sailings. Upgrades will be given in priority to Crown & Anchor members based on cruise credits and category booked. The upgrade will be given only from an inside stateroom to an outside stateroom, an outside stateroom to a balcony stateroom or a balcony stateroom to a Junior Suite or Grand suite. To be available for this benefit, we must have your loyalty membership number in your reservation and your valid email address and/or valid phone number. A Royal Caribbean associate will contact you upon availability. A response is needed within 24 hours or the upgrade will be given to the next guest on the priority list. Upgrades are final up to 4 days before your sailing date, and cannot be done by a pier agent or on board any of our ships. The offer may be withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined with any other upgrade offers or certain restricted fares.

17 Single members must have earned 49 cruise credits in order to receive the single cruise fare at 150%. This offer is based on availability with certain restrictions. Holiday sailings (Christmas and New Year) and the months of July and August are not included in this offer.
18 The complimentary cruise is based on double occupancy and applicable to the cruise on which the 100th, 150th, 200th, 250th and 300th cruise credit is earned. The cruise does not include air transport and/or transfers to the port of embarkation or disembarkation; or items of a personal nature (including, but not limited to, shore excursions, tips, some meals and beverages, photographs, service fees and medical service). The complimentary cruise includes cruise ship accommodation, ocean transportation, most meals, some beverages and most entertainment on board the vessel. The offer is valid for up to 7-night sailings and up to balcony staterooms for the 100th and 150th cruise credit and junior suite staterooms for the 200th, 250th and 300th cruise credit. The offer is subject to availability. It can be withdrawn at any time and cannot be combined with any other offer. Travel agent commission will not apply. The offer does not apply to Oasis of the SeasSM or Allure of the SeasSM.

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. has the right to terminate the Crown & Anchor Society Programme ("the Programme") or to change the Terms and Conditions of participation and benefits, in whole or in part; at any time without notice. Membership may be terminated at our sole discretion for anyone appearing to be utilising the Programme in a manner inconsistent with its terms, conditions or intent. To qualify as a Crown & Anchor Society member, you must have taken at least one eligible Royal Caribbean cruise. Programme level accrual is based on the number of eligible cruise credits earned per individual. Guests are eligible for Gold membership in the Crown & Anchor Society after one completed cruise. After five cruise credits, they are eligible to become Platinum members. After ten or more cruise credits, they are eligible to become Diamond members. And those who have taken 24 or more cruise credits are eligible to become Diamond Plus members. Cruise Credits are given per stateroom category paid. Eligible cruises exclude all reduced cruise fare (e.g. employee/employee family rates, vendor rates, etc.), Group Charter/Incentives and other cruises as designated by Royal Caribbean at its sole discretion. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Programme or provision of benefits will be resolved by Royal Caribbean at its sole discretion. Not all services can be provided on all Royal Caribbean ships. We shall not be liable for refunds or for damages resulting from failure to deliver such services. All Programme discount coupons are subject to the Terms and Conditions stated herein on the discount coupons.
